Dear Ma’am,

My result have been withheld for documents being produced from identical template and presentation and formats. However, I have used standard charts and headings of Microsoft word in my research report. I have provided screenshot evidence of WhatsApp chat with my mentor containing our discussions regarding charts etc. Furthermore, draft paper work has also been shared.
Now it’s been 2 weeks since I have submitted this all but still haven’t received any reply other than of acknowledgement.
