Passed with 57% on my third attempt, finally affiliate. :). Previous attempts: both 46%… For this attempt I focused on better development of ideas in the answers – the “because” parts of sentences, with sacrificing those parts of questions which were worth very few marks but may have costed me unnecessary time (such as rolling budget recalculation :P). So quality over full coverage under strict time management – and it worked for me much better than previous ettempts to answer and do everything.
There must have been two versions of Q1. I had EVA (as third task) and no KPI calculations, only assessment of relying solely on financial indicators (first task) and evaluation of the new report suggested (second). Fourth task was about advice on new e-commerce system.
Q2 and Q3 seems the same.
