Don’t give up, 45 isn’t far. I failed SBL (a professional exam) 4 times as well, it was really devastating. I then took a break and completed another exam before retaking SBL, and I finally passed SBL.
If you no longer feel confident, maybe take a break from PM and proceed with another exam if you have, you may feel better if you pass another exam and then come back to PM. Hope this helps.
