This was me in December. Resit it as soon as you can and you will hopefully remember a lot of the syllabus!

56% for me to pass my last exam. Thanks for the help throughout OpenTuition

Better than my first attempt in December.

I had q1, overseas individual, employee vs partner and some VAT

My last exam and I got 49%. I thought the exam went worse than that so hoping can pass on second attempt.

Is it worth trying to get a remark, I heard they will have likely already done it…?

Similarly. Felt like that was the hardest exam I’ve done so hoping I can scrape a pass as it’s my last exam

    43% – my first fail 🙁
I might have to start just sitting one at a time on this level as two clearly is too much (managed to pass SBR however)

Mine seemed quite NPV heavy. I wasn’t sure how to use the BSOP calculator on Q3 though, wasn’t sure what value to use for Pa and Pe?
Q1 was on projects and FX – struggled a bit as FX is not my favorite topic.
Q2 was on M&A with pro and cons .

I don’t think it was a disaster but could have been better for sure.

I’d have rather had a step acquisition or disposal for Q1, Definitely lost marks on the last part of that.
The rest wasn’t terrible, if I pass will be close!

Think it went ok… was unsure whether the ratios needed adjusting for in the last question – I hope not as I didn’t!
