I have noted that there are two types of messages in the e-business.

1. “Your name will be included in the passed finalists list, when you are eligible. If you do not wish for your name to be included, please check the box below and click ‘save’.”

or

2. “I would like my name to be included in the passed finalists list.”

Which is which? any idea.
