I done the exam in the afternoon, I would say it was alright, but done a lot of revision on models and none of them seem to fit really, was a very subjective paper which I guess is what everyone ends up saying after their SBL exam. First task was responding to emails from the chair on diversity on the board and some ethical issues that had happened. Second task was them wanting to hire a risk manager and start an internal audit function (Kind of relate that to COSO), also a question on how to improve volunteer engagement and motivation. and then the third task was some information on a project and it just asked for benefits and weaknesses.
