    Pass with 59%, first attempt!
Finally all exams are cleared and I am affiliate now 🙂

Thank you OpenTuition for your support with all my ACCA exams!
I was able to pass all of them at first attempts and it wouldn’t be possible without your help.

As promised myself 3 years ago when I started, I will donate some money. I hope it will help with further support to all students.

Congratulations to everyone who passed and good luck to all with your next exams!

Regarding some tips that I can share:
-create plan/schedule at the beginning to allow you to have enough time for preparation (syllabus is really useful resource for this excercise)
-watch OpenTuition lectures and go through notes
-do all exam questions from the practise kit from your learning provider (BPP or Kaplan are recommended)
-2 weeks before exam have time to repeat the most painfull areas and practise exam papers from past years or MOCK exams from practise kit
-not obligatory but very helpful according to me is to go through technical articles from the ACCA website.

Those are my recommended steps that helped me to pass 8 exams at first attempt already.
Hope you will find it useful 🙂

Passed 57% at my first attempt! To be honest I thought that I will score more marks because I found this exam quite easy. But I am grateful for passing mark anyway 🙂 Only two exams left.

Thank you Open Tuition for all lectures and notes!

Congratulations to everyone who passed and good luck to all with future exams!

    Passed 50% at first attempt!
Huge relief as I had technical issues with remote session and everything freezed during last 15 minutes. It looks like my exam has been successfully submitted despite the technical issues.

    Thank you Open Tuition!

I think this exam was disaster. I didn’t use any models because I had no idea how to apply them in my answers. Questions were not clear to me, especially question 5 with slides. I spend so much time on learning all models and how structure your answer, and they decided to surprise us with audit company.
I am pretty sure that I will not pass this exam. Someone asked before- I had the same issue- system freezing 15 minutes before exam ended. Invigilator advised that he/she is not able to help me if exam will not reload. It didn’t and my only option was to submitt complaint to ACCA. Not sure if I will pass even if they will take into consideration these 15 minutes lost.
But I am sure that I will not attempt more remote exam sessions. It is not worth it to have so much stress about technical issues.

Passed 56% on my first attempt! I was really afraid of this exam because it is only writing, no calculations.

I didn’t have time to go through BPP Study Text. I had 5 weeks to learn AA (working full time) because I decided to attempt this exam at the end of January.
I viewed all lectures on Open Tuition, read notes and did BPP Practise & Revision Kit.

Thank you very much Open Tuition for all lectures and notes! So far I passed 4 exams with you at first attempt. TX and maybe SBL in September session, I hope exam session in Sep will take place.

Good luck everyone and don’t give up!

Exam was total disaster for me. Only futures, forwards, foreign exchange, a lot of other complicated theory in parts A and B (only 10 questions with calculations from 30!). Nothing about inventory costs, Baumol model, NPV, WACC.

I didn’t hear anything about incorrect question and I’m not sure if this message even reached my centre. However, I don’t remember any question about Paris so probably in this situation I’m lucky.

Part C questions also hard for me. I had to calculate project over 4 years but using two methods (real cost of capital and nominal- I was not sure how to calculate it). Also 10 years depreciation was mentioned and now I am thinking if I should add profits also to year 5 when there was tax allowable depreciation and tax liability from year 4.

Theoretical questions in section C also hard for me. I was totally lost during this exam and for sure will fail.

    Ready to resit in March.
