URP Elemination in IAS 28 :
1. If parent has sold the goods ,
then urp is eliminated from ‘Consolidated R/Earnings & Investment in associate’
2.If Associate has sold the goods,
then urp is eliminated from ‘Consolidated R/Earnings & Balance sheet inventory’
