FAQ
I AM AN ACCA AFFILIATE, CAN I USE THE ACCA LETTERS AFTER MY NAME?
You may refer to yourself as having ACCA affiliate status but may not use the designatory letters after your name or refer to yourself as an ACCA member in any context. Affiliates who do so may be liable to disciplinary action.
This is important to safeguard the reputation of ACCA and its members.
If I were you, I would indicate the affiliate status in the education field of Linkedin.
March 27, 2017 at 6:25 am #379334I’m waiting for my ACCA certificate, but haven’t received it so far.
Are the certificates posted to one’s mailing address, or will be there some sort of ceremony where we can get it? Or it depends on where you are located?

2. Sure, you can ask for a new answer booklet any time during the exam. If I recall well, it has 6 pages where you can write down your answers. Bare in mind that you will have to fill in the cover sheet with your data (but this time you don’t need to shade the bubbles).

August 11, 2016 at 3:25 pm #332727Hey Everyone,
I am a little confused with the new professional experience record tool.
In the old system, I have recorded 35 months of work experience as an accountant. Do I need to link a supervisor to this claimed time? Because in MyACCA, in the Experience Record module, if I click on the Claim Time tab, I see that this 35 months are “import approved”. However, to the left on this page, I can see that “To claim this time you need to link a supervisor to this role”.
Adding to the confusion, the status report says that I have 36 months time in a relevant role, but I maximum have 35 months of experience (as stated above), the remaining 1 month was recorded in the new PER module, and my supervisor has not approved it yet.
I am having my last exam (P7) in December, and I wouldn’t like to delay my admission because of the experience record.
Thanks a lot in advance.
