Yes you can enroll and do L1 but for L2 you need to have BSc

I haven’t thought about Luxemburg but now I will certainly look. What was the working language there bc I know that LU is a mulrilingual area ?

I have graduated from UoL BSc and on my diploma supplement is written that we can advance to both BSc and MSc so I think ACCA MSc is also good for PhD.
