Thought I must have failed it but I passed my ATX with 63 marks. Thank you Opentuition for your notes and lectures on TX. I mostly focus on the past papers when I prepare this exam instead of trying to study the tax rate and rules. There are certain areas like stamp duty you can simply ignore them. Others like CGT and IHT should be the main focus. For VAT , you can simply memories the whole answer and copy it in to the exam. Foreign tax residency test should be some easy marks as well. There wasn’t any personal tax in the December one which was a bit weird.

I passed every other exams in 1 attempt and I’m not sure why it takes me 3 times to do this one.
