Can U help on this.
Year Ended 31 December 2012. Draft profit was 38000.
1. Cost Amount of inventory as at 31 December 2012 is 16800. This include item Which cost 1400 but had been Damages. On 2nd January 2013 Amy spent 300 to Repair the Damages and sold them for 700. Whats the Correct Amount to be recorded to inventory?
2. During the Year Spend 500 on repairs to boiler. this cost was not covered by insurance. the repair need to put the boiler back into working order as it has ceased to function. The the repair cost did not enhance the boiler or extend its useful working life. The amount 500 related to shop building and it has been included as part of the cost of shop building in non current assets. Whats the Correct treatment ?

sir, still their is a error in the ans. the correction have been made with capital allowance but fail to correct it in calculation the trading income, still it has use the same old figure. so trading income figure is wrong in ans.

I think it depend on the level, If you wanna go exam straight points and learn from the basic it self go for kyplan, but if you wanna know with the detail and hard question with different variety of style to learn than go for Bpp. As per me both the Book basically will give a pass if you get the rules ( understanding ) of each topic. BPP is actually good for those people Who wanna score at very high marks in the exam, Just wanna pass, Dhen go for kayplan would be better, I hope this helps. 🙂
