I had the same part C questions as, you they seemed easy!
For the replacement cycles did we have to do the NPV’s mine both came as negative? I also struggled abit with the efficiency part as it was a not for profit business
Does anyone know if I can sit FM and SBL/SBR together in September (if I don’t pass FM this time around) just wondering what happens if I pass the strategic but fail FM would I still be awarded the mark for the SBL?
Was abit tricky I was expecting a really nice investment appraisal to come up and a working capital management one!

I had the exact same question part c – I also had negative goodwill and the associate you put down as a single line item on the SOFP. if i can remember i think it was 40% for associate profits under the NCA part.
section C had a very simple question on ratios just like the past papers and the second part was a full 20 mark question on preparing a SOFP consolidation, Mid-year acquisition with an associate too.
Part A – had a lot of questions on Leases
Part B – lots of Leases/Government grants/consolidations
Overall was an okay ish paper!
