I passed all my exams first time except this one. I passed it with 51% on my second attempt so I don’t think im in a great position to offer advice. Im really no better than someone with 45%. I think u should contact someone on here that scored 60 or 70%. They obviously understand it better.
51%, far from a genius but it’ll do for me. Affiliate. Bad luck to those that failed. You have come this far you may as well see it out to the end.
Im a finalist and can still see my navigation and Dec entry slip. Not good. Hoping they’ll be gone tomorrow!

Other than the rainbow colours mine also says ACCA number. Im waiting on my last exam.
When I log in I see all the colours of the rainbow. I reckon this means I’ve passed my last exam. Yee haa
Out of interest has anyone got a link to the exam discussion for the June 13 results in August? Was looking for it but couldn’t find it.

No links on the left hand side but still student along the top and December exam docket still visible.
Also waiting on one result and navigation bar on the left has disappeared. Still has me classified as a student though. Was hoping this would change to Affiliate?
My exam entry is also showing December entry. Fingers crossed that these may change at some point this week. Maybe it’s still too early?
Hoping to become an Affiliate myself. Last time I heard that some people’s status had changed to Affiliate before the results came out. Mine is still sitting as a student so a little worried!
Just to let you know I did P1 and P3 together. I did P2 on its own as there is so much work. I then did P6 and P7 together. If you have alot of time on your hands you could do these three exams however P2 is very difficult and there is alot of work required. It may be better to do P1 along with P2 and then do P3 with another one in the next sitting. Furthermore, two exams that could go well together are P2 and P7 were a thorough knowledge of the accounting standards is required. I understand that everyone is different though so it may be different for you.
Hi, I passed P1 and P3 in June 2012. I decided to do P2 on its own in Dec 2012 as its a massive syllabus and very tough. Thankfully I got 52%. I don’t think I would have got this if I was sitting another paper with it.
I am now doing P6 and P7 in June 2013.
Everyone’s different with their own strengths and weaknesses but my advice would be to do P2 on its own. There’s more than enough work in that
Good luckskin of the teeth with 52 but that’s as good as 92 in my eyes! would happily take 50 in all of the exams
I commented on how the AP days were going up. Don’t think I realised AR was in there as well. My head was all over the place at that stage. E-commerce as a startegy for 1b anyone??
I have a question about question one, I did Ansoff and Porter’s generic strategies which I think is correct. I also mentioned E-commerce. Is e-commerce a stratgic option? It’s just that they said no shoes were sold online
Q3 part b was strange in how to classify the benfeits while q4 wasn’t too bad at all

I haven’t sat any Professional papers as yet however I would agree that F7 is the toughest. I didn’t think F4 was the easiest, possibly F5

Thought questions 2 to 8 were just ok, not great. 9 and 10 were a mess. I was very disappointed about question one. I thought I had covered everything for that one but then they through up primary and secondary legislation. When I went to read up on it last night in BPP, I couldn’t find it! Not in revision kit questions either. Not happy
