heyy,, soo i have ielts certificate (general) which is usually used to apply for immigration purposes and other,, and i want to go for OBU..passed my F4 as a cbe..would my general ielts certificate be accepted as an english proficiency ???

yes there is the f.v adjustment in grange but not in merchant..i think hj has said it opposite..my question is not answered yet with regards to goodwill adjustment in above question,,if u could plz..

i have a confusion between these two questions too..we add goodwill figure to net assets when calculating for fence disposal but when it comes to the disposal of nathan in merchant we dont include goodwill..why is that??
