What i thought for 2nd question was the same like management of shares by a fund manager. Voluntary disclosure qould have helped in a way that the clients investing do not have clear picture of their investment in case of shares they dont know what information company provides the information is held by the fund managers. Disclosure will creat transparency, address concerns of clients, reputation, attract capital, increase confidence of current investors
