The same thing happened to me whilst in the exam centre on that day. I raised the issue right to the top to the ACCA exam board. At one stage they were unsure if my exam uploaded and te computer in twickenham stadium had stalled for 15 minutes. I am furious at the lack of decency by the ACCA. The exam board wrote to me and basically said It was not their problem. It was most pathetic thing I have ever heard. It took months to get a basic response from them.
I got 48 percent. My computer failed twice during the exam. I have been in touch with the Acca abs they have not taken any of this into consideration. At one point they were unsure if my exam uploaded to the Acca. ACCA have more or less informed me it is my problem. Has anyone any advice on how to make a formal complaint.
