Get a question bank from an approved tuition provider. Go through it all and make notes in your own words. Then attempt the questions and use your notes where needed. Then redo the questions without your notes but do questions from random topics in a day so you are not only practicing the ones you are confident in.
Make sure you are confident with:
Income tax
Loss reliefs – individual and company
Inheritance tax
Capital gains tax
Vat
Basis period
Corp tax
These topics kept coming upThis is what I did and got 66 first attempt

I think F5 is all about time management in order to pass because it’s a very time pressured exam and if you are not lucky you will leave some questions unanswered. Practice lots of questions especially for the section C. In the exam for section A and B, I go through the easy questions first as in written ones and then come back to do the numeric ones. At the end of the allocated time, I move on to another section and do not spend a minute more.
