    so the number subtracted (3.93) is actually the investment to maintain operation of Ndege Co, isn’t it? This point makes me so confused.

    Excuse me, can you tell me what does it mean by “EVA”? Is this Economic Added Value in chapter 10 – valuation of a Type I acquisition?
