I think that we should always add back the residual value at the end, shouldn’t we?

No we haven’t. I added it back too. I think that was correct because depreciation is not a relevant cash flow but in the end I found a positive NPV..

Did anyone had the NPV question which was stated that profit was after depreciation charge? In section C
