    Hi Barbara, basically you have to contact ACCA (i did this over the phone) and inform them that you would like to opt in to the Oxford Brookes BSC in Applied Accounting. You have to do this before you complete paper F9.

    Once u have completed paper F9.. u can complete the required assessments to get the BSC qualification.

    @riccarem – I also thought 9 b was lifting the corporate veil. I mentioned the Gilford case. Was it Gilford Motors v Ford?

    In 9a I mentioned the Salomon case briefly. I also included creditors compulsory liquidity – god knows why. This question was the last one I attempted so it was rushed!!

    Hi all,

    Hope it went well for you all. I stuggled with question 9 too. There was a case similar to that of 9 (b) I did mention it but can’t remember what it is right now. It was legal obligations and lifting the corporate veild. Thankfully I attempted all the questions so lets see what happens. Does anyone know the date the results come out?
