Congratz all who passed! I’m delighted to see that the majority of the results countdown topic posters passed and became affiliates! It was a tough week with all kind of theories on who passed and who didn’t, but in the end it seems good news for nearly everyone.Funnily, I’m kind of sad that this two-year long journey ended. No more tension and sleepless nights before exams, no more after-exam beer (that tastes the best), no more anxious result countdown days. I’m starting to cherish all these moments and treasure the memories.
Alk of you who didn’t pass this time: don’t give up, failing is part of the road, and also a valuable lesson from ACCA, they let you taste the life of any professional, because there will be times when you give your maximum but due to the circumstances you still fail. It will be OK next time, I’m sure!
P4 is a very enjoyable paper, not an easy syllabus, but very useful and helpful if you’re into finance. I became an M&A advisor even before starting ACCA, but still think this paper attributed additional layers to my knowledge even after 4+ years of practical experience.
And last, but not least, I would like to shout a thank you to OT lecturers, notes authors and the community as a whole, you were all a big help along the journey.
Well said Kairong and I agree with you completely.

Pass 63%. Truly over the moon and now affiliate. Kept talking about the link theories and it seems to have worked. Thanks God and really hope all the folks on the forum get the good news too.Passed P2 and now an affiliate. That grey and white page gave me hope but hard work got me the pass. Best wishes for the future

My 48 marks from December turned into 52 marks, though this March exam was much much harder. One of my lowests, but none of my 70+ marks papers made me this happy and proud: finally affiliate! The link theory worked for me.
Hope everyone else got good news as well.
Delighted for you. followed your postings in the other forum. I passed P2 so an affiliate now too.
Best wishes for the futureApril 17, 2017 at 12:56 am #381717P2 Passed First attempt. Now an affiliate… so happy. Goodbye ACCA exams. Thank you Open Tuition for your lectures..
February 25, 2017 at 11:30 pm #374246A cash generating unit is the smallest number of assets when added together will produce an economic outflow. For example, a train, a station, railway tracks and perhaps a bridge are all required to produce passenger income. I think you might find a more technical answer in IAS 36 Impairments.
December 8, 2016 at 11:47 pm #362487i hope you have better luck in this sitting.
This was my first attempt at P3 and I feel so annoyed. I studied hard but found that I was always questioning my answers throughout the exam.
When you sat it in September did you think you had passed or failed it… I’ll be worrying/hoping between now and 16th January.. its such a pity they make the exam so difficult..
