Hello All,

An acquaintance of mine is facing an issue, he didnt get any email from OBU and when he inquired he found out that his ACO missed his case or something.

Can i get guidance on that on my friend’s behalf?

– What should be his course of action? He should wait or contact the authorities?

– What can possibly be wrong that his case went unseen or ignored?
