I would appreciate if you will resolve my query regarding re submission of SLS. In May 2015 session i was awarded fail in SLS on Self Reflection only. my marker comments states that
‘ The emphasis in my SLS in on description of events and show little evaluation of my self development and there was too little discussion of my strength and weakness that become apparent during RAP”

I need to ask whether i need to amend only question one of SLS which consist of all meetings with mentor OR all 4 question are needed to be amended to included Self -reflection and strength and weaknesses?
