I’m wondering if there’s any student living in countries outside of UK has received the certificate?

I need the certificate urgently but OBU office told me they can’t issue a letter of confirmation unless I purchase it on the OBU online shop. Has anyone done this before?

Oh, can I know why redemption of loan note is deducted in CF from financing activities? Is it because the company paid the money, so it is considered as an outflow of cash?
