hi , please can someone explain or tell me how to arrange my references in alphabetical order . Each time I try to use word to arrange it messes the whole references .

I failed the rap just on referencing .
Did I do a mistake by using the in text citation ?as it generated many anon ? authors .
I am not really sure how to do it ?
resubmission means i just correct the referencing ??
