Thank you very much. So my tutor was wrong to say that I am allowed 2 exemptions. I am entitled only to FA and if understood correctly FFA is part of FA?

Hello. I have recently acquired the pearsons LCCI level 3 in accounting and according to what they initially sent me if I register for ACCA I can claim 2 exemptions FA and FFA . I did register a few days ago and they awarded me with 1 exemption only, FA. Am I missing something? Are FA and FFA the same? On the leaflet they sent me from Pearsons it was written clearly that these are 2 separate lessons
