Mike – I have contacted Kaplan and informed them, they told me to keep them and there was no need to send the materials back to them. Please don’t assume that I am being dishonest or indecent.

Probably more honest, decent and becoming of an accountant to contact Kaplan and point out their error(s) and see what they would like you to do – I’ve no doubt there’s an amicable solution to this

How about giving the proceeds of sale to a charity of your choice?

That would be the sort of decent action expected of a soon-to-be-qualified accountant

Hi Mike, thanks for the advice – first thing I did was get in touch with Kaplan and they confirmed I didn’t need to return the books as it was their error, hence why I have put them up for sale on here.

I have got duplicate study materials from Kaplan, they are brand new and unused, I am selling for £50, RRP is £69. I have the following for P3:
