    Good day,

    That was quite harsh. I been using Open Tuition since I started ACCA and I compared previous videos with f6 thus the question. First three I referred to includes the intro I have not gotten to the example.

    Thank you for your response and do bare with me as I work through the videos as this paper seems to require much more time and practice than others I’ve done.

    I would think that He was acquitted if the literal rule was applied 1. his voted on behalf of his dead (who couldn’t have voted) and 2. he voted how his dead friend would have voted. However If the golden rule was used he would be found guilty. That’s what I understand from the noted and lecture…but I’m not clear which rule the case is used to support.
