First Attempted in December – Failed, didn’t expect to pass but was still hoping..

Second Attempt…fully expected to pass (when you know you know)
Failed.
Got a congratulations email from ACCA then an apology email.

Still in wonderment.

Did I pass, Did I not pass.
Was it easier for ACCA to send an apology email than to change my grade to a passing grade and admit an error.
