Thanks for the answer.I suspected this but i had concerns about the sales tax….
So using a settlement discount we, as a seller and buyer, have a legal way to decrease sales tax owed to the government?

I bought my last study text from amazon.co.uk. Compared to their own websites ( BPP and Kaplan ) the books in amazon are 20+ % cheaper and they charged me only about £2 for shipping to Bulgaria ( about 1500 miles away ).
