July 27, 2015 at 6:21 pm #262532I have only studied with Kaplan and First Intuition (London) thus far. F1 you will be fine with, the exam is quite easy as its all knowledge, quite easy to get over 50. The books I thought were fine for F1 and the study kit helped. I also purchased the official ACCA mock exams. F4 in my opinion is also similar as long as you learn the knowledge. Doing F3 atm 🙁 taking me a bit longer. Inbox if you would like the books and I will get back to you accordingly.
March 11, 2015 at 7:09 pm #232061I only got 46 but it was only my third ACCA exam and I am retaking in June!!!
March 11, 2015 at 7:07 pm #232060Passed only got 56% but was done in under one hour… my tips would be use online lectures and purchase the practice exams as they are a good indication and some are actually similar questions which could come up!
March 1, 2015 at 10:56 am #230889Hi,
I am booking the exam in a few weeks using Kaplan notes and the revision kit. From what I have read everyone seems to have done really well 🙂 hopefully I can too…
Are the questions mainly all knowledge and facts? Are the multi task questions similar to the previous exams where you select the appropriate answer from drop down boxes?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers.
March 1, 2015 at 10:51 am #230888Hi,
I am planning on booking the F4 exam in the next few weeks. I have created my own notes using a Kaplan text book as well as notes from your online lectures (which were very clear and helpful). I am now attempting practice questions from the Kaplan exam kit as well as going over all notes. Will that suffice in order to get a pass? I find remembering facts easier than some of the other modules as I studied History at uni. Will the whole cbe exam be multiple choice and drop down boxes, where we select the appropriate answers?
