I thought it was okay on the whole! It was strange having a 10 mark (?) question on cloud computing and an EVA questions without any calculations required.

    Best of luck to all!

75% – first time pass. Thank you OT for all the support throughout my studying!

To those of you who didn’t pass this time around, keep your heads up! For what it’s worth, these are the non-negotiable bits of studying I do for each exam:

Open Tuition Notes & Open Tuition Lectures
BPP – Practice & Revision Kit
    ACCA – Technical Articles
ACCA – Past Papers / Specimen Papers (c. 2 years’ worth)

If there is any concept / calculation which doesn’t land first time, I always revert to Youtube as there is a wealth of information on there.

Here I wrote about Balogun and Hope Hailey’s contextual change model – time, scope, readiness to change etc.

Did anybody have the CPD question specifically regarding the design of a process to encourage CPD (something along those lines). It didn’t have any professional skills marks which I thought was odd.

70% first attempt – over the moon! Thank you for your support, Open Tuition.

I was so nervous about this one as the first question (step-acquisition) really threw me off. Thankfully I managed to recover in the following questions 🙂

My internet dropped off for 15 seconds half way through, I relaunched the exam, was put in a queue to be re-admitted, wasn’t re-admitted. I was only 2 hours into the 4 hour exam

I’ve contacted the exam board etc to let them know but don’t really know where I stand…

I think it went okay on the whole. However, for section A I seemed to have a disproportionate amount of penalty / surcharge questions which I wasn’t too well prepared for unfortunately.

That said, I think I did pretty well for section B and C – just kicking myself a bit over the ‘easy’ lost marks in Section A (unless I guessed some correctly of course!)

The veggie pot question was missing information I’m sure of it? They gave us a cost card per batch, but then the question was per unit?

Perhaps I missed some information given the nerves / stress but I read the question numerous times.

On the whole I think the exam went ‘okay’ – had to guess a few towards the end.
