I got 49 marks twice, should I continue? Really want to give up, I have submitted administrative review for the last time I got 49, they just arithmetically check for the whole paper, so I think not submit admin review this time, did anyone give me advice for overcome my unfortune, seems never can complete ACCA and just wasting time.

I write in bullet point form in section b questions carelessly, am I surely failed? Or only deducts some marks?so worry~?
