well guys i am glad to say that i am almost done with level 2…just f6 left which i will be doing in june…its surely been a struggle but i have made it till here…haven’t really thought about doing level 3 yet, will decide soon…i would just like to say that taking one paper actually helps…since i started taking one paper i have passed well…just try to make it happens and don’t lose hope
I have 3 papers left to finish level 2…m doing f9 tomorrow and i have high hopes in it…hoping for the best…will just do OBU after level 2 and thats it for me with ACCA…ACCA is something tough that I have not been able to handle…but no worries coz God has planned everything for everyone in this world
i don’t remember the last time i wrote so much in an ACCA paper…i filled 9 pages (front & back)…hoping for a pass…fingers crossed…but anything less than 50% and it will be confirmed that ACCA have beef with me…
I have been an ACCA student for the past 4 years. I feel quite ashamed to say that so far i have completed only 5 papers (F1-F5). I don’t even want to go into detail on how many times I have failed. I feel really fed up and don’t think that I will be able to make it to F9 let alone finishing ACCA. I initially thought that I would perhaps finish till F9 and then do the project to get a degree from Oxford Brookes, but now that seems practically impossible. I am 21 years old and haven’t started earning yet. Though my father has told me to continue till F9 without worrying about earning I think he has also given up on me despite him not showing it. Can someone pls advice me on what to do next. I really love Accounting and Finance. Is there any course that I can do to get a degree atleast, since in today’s world, NO DEGREE translates to NO JOB. Since I do have the Diploma in Accounting and Business that we are awarded upon completion of F1-F3, is it good enough to get a job while I work towards getting a degree?

Hi Mike, i have noticed that cbe is much more harder than paper based exams…all i wanted to ask is that are the type of questions in the paper based exams the same as BPP revision kit…please let me know as fast as possible since i cant get to know bcoz ACCA stopped publishing f4 past papers
HOW did you do it Umar…what exactly did you study and which topics were you mostly tested on in your exam? I was tested mostly on contracts and partnerships
Did my exam yesterday and failed with 47%…planning to read BPP study text and do the exam again within the next 15-20 days…any advice from anyone???
