On question 2a I would have to agree with rsi 88 as the question asked how ABM could be used to improve strategic business performance same question as dibble and there was a full technical article in this area so it relates to operational ABM – identify activities that do not add value and strategic ABM – customer and product profitability anyalsis with an addition benefit that it can improve investment appraisal and performance evaluation …
Question 2 was them problems of implementation and would it be suitable for various products division this I think it where you assess whether ABC or Absorption would be more suitable to each product …. and then you describe problems with implementing ABC /ABM

There are a number of results threads where people say the link theory didn’t work for them and they subsequently passed

I was stupidly using the incorrect login.
When logging in I don’t see a tick box but I notice that in my addresses section that it states “use this address for the directory of members “ and no is applied which I think I previously updated .

There is nothing displayed on that particular line .

When I click on change password it states cannot reach this page

When logging into the ebusiness page and when getting an error is it at this point you view the source code ?

Or is it that if you can’t log in u can’t check if your status has changed from M to S?

    Very confused ?

    Hi
Did anyone take from question 1 that it was to evaluate the performance measurement system ? What did people write about in relation to the customer survey score ?
