    hi,
    > can you please explain me what i need to do for my Rap re submission as i failed my information technology question only, now they saying to show spread sheet working etc. Do i need to complete my RAP from zero i.e. explaining ratio in details or just spread sheet recalculation of ratio and working on spread sheet etc will do.
