all the software to help to have access to the chat room are in place but still could not. Am thinking this may be due to not subscribing for it. Please, help bcos i want to be part f the chat room tday with the tutor. What happen is that the chat room will start loading as soon as the icn appears then access deny. I did followed the instruction n the support page but not successful.
