I got that same paper. The wording was really confusing for that last 15 marker. They took the electricity towards the end of my exam. Sent ACCA an email. My section A didn’t go as smooth as I expected. Overall I would say it was a good paper to get a pass, but I’m not sure I did well enough for the pass. Bummed about that!
Don’t lose hope. I passed on my 4th attempt. 42%,42%,48%,52%….It’s a scraped pass but I’m glad I didn’t give up….I took a long break between each sitting due to demotivation but I got up. You’ll get there. What I did was do my own recordings, capturing topics that seem challenging, teaching myself in these recordings. I listened to them while washing dishes, doing laundry, etc. Took snaps from the books, etc and every time I couldn’t sleep I’d read these snaps from my phone. I was afraid to open my results email because after the exam I felt like I had performed my worst. Surprisingly that’s when I landed the pass. You’ll get there.
Second attempt…42%…..got 42% on the 1st attempt also. MC questions were greek!! I know for a fact that’s where I got slaughtered. Really sucks!!
@Dimple : Sounds like we had the same paper. I don’t think that I was thorough enough for my substantive procedures. That’s a topic I really dislike…..Hoping that I at least scrape the 50 mark. Second attempt. Section A was difficult. Was only positive about 2 or 3 questions. Sucks!! Was looking forward for at least 10 of the 15 positive answers.
