    Question 5 (b) & (c) was hard for me (didn’t revise throughput that well, just learnt formulas)

    Otherwise, the paper was OK. Hopefully, will get 50+

    Not really important, according to me. I think that was for workings as in the calculations/financial papers.
    A plan is essential though (scribble if you want on the question paper itself) before starting your answer so that you do not leave out something or you are almost at the end and then remember something you wanted to put in the middle paragraphs.

    How is agency relationship created: express appointment, implied agreement, by ratification, by necessity, by estoppel
    Explain authority of agents -> expressed, implied, apparent/ostensible
    Directors, employees etc are agents of the company.
    Duties of agents
    Relations with third parties and liability of agents in these contracts
    Application in scenario based questions
