    Hi, I have a few questions in regards to forex and subsidiaries.

    1) At which rate (spot, average,etc.) are the non-monetary items translated?
    2) Is foreign exchange gain/loss recognised when translating a subsidiary?
    3) If recognised, where are they recognised? Is the gain or loss taken through PnL or OCI?

    I reckon translation difference in the individual accounts is taken through PnL, but for the case with the subsidiary, I’m confused.

    I know this should be in SBR Forum,but I got no reply.

    Thank you.

    1. Non monetary is historical rate (temporal method)
    2. Under translation method- OCI… Recognise the gain or loss

    Bobby1610, I’m okay with my fundamentals papers but I’m screwing it up in my options paper like for audit I flung it the 3rd attempt. So I’m a bit worried will there be enough time as I can feel p4 is quite bulky

    I would advice you to focus on either of the subjects, p4 or p7. But, do attempt both (if ya can afford), maybe ya ll get lucky. I was under prepared fr p7 (due to other commitments) but I did hv a marginal pass.
    Best of luck.

    From my personal experience, it entirely depends on how good you are at respective fundamental papers. I attempted both p2 and p4 with 3 week or less prep time, but I had strong basics from F7 and F9.

    I was so under prepared fr tis exam as I had to manage my masters programme too. But, it worked in my favor – got 51%. Though, lowest in all of my papers, I am glad to finish all papers.

    BTW, link theory seems legit.

    Can anybody see this on welcome page source ? and even you have this in source code and if you do not have any option to tick anything on the welcome page ? Then what will be the meaning of this. Everybody has this code in your welcome source code ?

    function validatecheckbox() {
    if( document.getElementById(“p_affiliate_list”).checked)
    {

    return(true);}

    else

    {window.alert(“Please tick the checkbox.”);}

    return(false);
    }

    The code indicates to remind affiliate to tick the box…
    And Chk the link floated above.

    Anyone with an answer to this question?
    The production of using the machines is as follows:variable cost is 30000,fixed cost 50000 and total 80000 make or buy decision and if all components were outsourced there would generate additional cost of 50000.

    What is the maximum price the company should be willing to pay the outside supplier for the components

    Anything less than 30000 would do…

    Am I finalist?

    The thing is- I ve got my exemption in f6, but in result status, the exam session mentioned against that is June 2019.

    Since, I did write my final AAA paper in march, does link theory work for me?

    Any Link theory experts, please answer.
