question 1 cash flow with sub disposal , 1b integrated report (which i think refers to integrated reporting not sure) + cash flow usefulness, 1c Loan to a subsidiary + debt covenants + misreporting

question 2a reorganisation of group structure, treatment for separate and group statements
q 2b i dont remember right now sorry
2c Joint arrangement bit tricky and subesequent acquisition of remaining holding to 100%

question 4 on leases and new leasing standard, what changes and an explanation of treatment i think or example to apply the types A+B (not 100% sure of this part)

question 3, Sports industry , Treatment of naming rights of stadium, Treatment of Player registrations (quite weird tbh), some regulatory things relating to disclosure of related parties anda treatment of borrowing costs for the stadium or another Nca.
