What is the difference between the uk and the english variant?
Isnt it the same thing?

thanks in advance

DID ANYONE ACTUALLY READ MAYFIKRY’ ORIGINAL POST??

The post asks for the difference between the UK and the English variant

OK, here’s a sensible answer – there is no UK version of F4. English law is NOT the same as, for example, Scottish law. English law is law which relates to ENGLAND ( and Wales )

If the original post had referred to the Global variant and the differences between Global variant and the English variant, then much of Ansi’s comments apply – the BIG difference is the section on the International rules on International contracts ( there is no equivalent section in the English variant )

Extensive reference is made in the Global variant to relevant parts of English law, so there is a degree of commonality between the two variants.

Contract law in the English variant is considered in rather greater depth than the Global equivalent.

There is no section on Sharia law in the English variant whereas there is in the Global version.

A simple comparison of the two published syllabi would easily answer the question “What’s the difference between ….?”

But, the answer to the original question, as posted, is “There is no such thing as a UK law variant!”I live in England. I need to know which variant is appropriate for me, English or Global?
And Which one is easy to pass compare in both variant English or Global?Thank you
