    Chris i am not familiar with the excel and word to provide answers to my exam questions. I prefer the paper based since i am more comfortable with it and fast with the paper based than the computer based.

    Hello. Please can i get a refund of my exam fees once the exam has already taken place. I was down with a severe malaria two days to the exam and i was hospitalised and so i was unable to write the exam.
