Ugrent,Please help

My word count excluding the graphs is 7300 words.Inlucding their words it is going upto 7700 words. My mentor told me that graphs in part three which is analysis in topic 8 basically the ratio analysis .He said its graph’s data is not included all others are.Is this true?
If i reduce 500 words the words shown according to ms word will go to 6800.and i am scared as it wont pass if i have miscounted the graph words.

I have pick the Mobile telecommunication industry and my company is rogers.I have two ask two questions

1. My company issued its 2015 financial statements on 11 feb according to the Obu 2015-2016 packet we don’t have to pick the year if the statements are issues less than 90 days before the start of the submission period.In my case it does fall in that category.Is it okay if i take years 12 13 14 ?

2.Since my company is a telecom company its sales consist of all other telecom products also asides mobile telecom. Where I have to show industry sales should i should sales related all telecom products or Mobile only as Mobile only sale aren’t available.

Also according to the requirements we are supposed to choose either from
.mobile telecommunication , pharmaceuticals, or airline industry.I have chosen mobile telecom but the company(Rogers) provides other services also such as television, internet etc.Should I only use the revenue and other information only for the wireless part or should I pick the figures as is?

I choose rogers and Bell canada for my company and comparator.Although rogers accounts are aviailable till year ended 2015 , bell’s accounts are not.They may come by march or april. Should I change the company altogether or rather wait?

Hi. I choose mobile telecom for my Rap and my company is rogers. There is information available for telecommunications in general which includes wireless/broadband/radio etc.But since the topic is Mobile telecom* i need to focus on just that.Could anyone please tell me what does and does not come under this heading?Rogers communication has three primary lines of business through its three principal operating segments: Rogers Wireless, Rogers Cable ,Rogers Solutions and Rogers Media.I believe mobile telecom comes under rogers wireless.But are there other things that are also included under rogers wireless?If so, how will I be able to separate their revenues from mobile telecom’s.even the industry information is based on *Telecommunication industry* not Mobile telecom.Hence all sales and other financial information consists of other products not related to mobile telecom also.Under the industry information do i need to be specific to mobile telecom? do i state the general telecom information that is available?

This was really helpful.Final word of advice sir? Can I compare Bell Canada with Rogers? They’re in the same country.Give each other though competition.Are both groups.Operating internationally.

Hi i have been trying to find some company that is not a part of group (As that makes comparison difficult) and is in the same country.I have sorted out two telecommunication companies (Company and comparator) I need advice if my comparator is relevant or not.

The company i have chosen is EE(everything everywhere) a subsidiary of british telecom.And Sky ltd(A subsidiary of Sky group) Both are telecommunication companies in the Uk. and are ranked in top ten.Although I don’t know to which extent that ranking is reliable

I am still considering which company to choose.I have a few concerns.First that if I choose a company based in the uk say, British telecom and compare it to a Us based co. say At&T both their accounts will be in different currencies.If I can convert the pound sterlings to dollars I am afraid that the company’s performance may be undermined due to conversion and the process may become more challenging for me.

secondly There are very few listed pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan and most of them are taken by my class mates.I want to pick a company based abroad but most of those are GROUPS.hence their consolidated accounts are available but not individual.For instance Johnson and johnson. Could you recommend some companies to me or perhaps some list where I will be able to find individual companies.

Hi.My mentor advice me not to get a plagiarism check because these websites keep a copy of our scripts hence if we use them we will surely get in the plagiarism trouble.How true is that?

sir both the companies are airlines.

Trephena’s reply – you have read my reply totally out of sequence – I was referring to the post immediately above mine that mentioned Coca Cola and Pepsi… and having spent over 8 years working g in the airline industry I am well aware that Quantas is an Australian airline!

BTW – if doing an airline look at the topic I have specifically set up for Using an AIRLINE for Topic 8. As mentioned on other forums don’t attempt an airline for T15 unless you work in the financial department of one – their operations are usually far too complex for anyone outside the industry to understand as stochastic modelling is used (standard cash management models are not appropriate).
