    Thank you sir. Just to confirm, that means whenever BSOP is used to value a project (whether to delay/expand/abandon) the value calculated using the equation includes the NPV without the flexibility as well as the value due to the flexibility right?

    The value of the premium differs slightly when calculated using the premium % as opposed to using ticks.

    Is it still okay to use the %’s instead of ticks?

    @trephena
    I have a few last minute queries before I submit,
    1. For website articles that I could not find a publication date, I have included the date of copyright of the website. Is that okay or should I stick to n.d
    2. When referencing annual reports that I have obtained online, I have not included a page reference. The reports have more than 50 pages. From your previous posts I understand that a page reference is necessary. Could you please give me an example of how I should cite and refer annual reports with a page reference?
    (Also, I have used information from the Annual Reports on multiple occasions, but only from 4 consecutive pages from the entire report. Would it be okay to reference the set of pages once instead on specifying which page exactly multiple times?)
    Thank you so much for your invaluable support!

    I have a doubt regarding the Harvard referencing system. When referencing an article on a website, should the title of the article be in italics?

    Hi @LearningLuminarium
    I have been considering Unilever as a competitor to Nestlé, and could find the Revenue and Operating Profits of Unilever’s food division. Other information like Total Assets are available only for the group as a whole? Do you suggest using the group figures where segmented data is unavailable?
    Thanks in advance!

    Can I take fast food chains as my company? For example, Mc Donald with KFC as a compartor? I’m concerned because I feel they don’t really fall into hotels or food products…

    Got it! Thank you very much sir. One more question, how would I have to calculate NCI supposing they don’t value NCI at fair value and use the proportionate method instead?

    The question says – “prepare the following extracts form the consolidated statement of financial position of Zanda as at 31st of March 2016” (Acquisition was on the 1st of October 2015, so I believe I’m looking for the NCI as at the date of the financial statements

    But for NCI aren’t we supposed to take the retained earnings as of the balance sheet date?
