In terms of the theories now i am clear. However regarding questionnaires, are we allowed to adapt questionnaires already made or do we have to construct ourselves?? Also How many questions do you recommend we should take from each theory?

Would you help me out deciding which one to use.

Currently I have taken Maslow and McGregor (theory x and Y)

Also need your opinion on two concerns that I have first is theories, Would two be enough to pass the RAP with A or B grade and second questionnaires I have adapted the questions for both these models which were already made and The questions are roughly coming up to 21 or 22.

Please advice? Am I on the right direction
