Many thanks for your kind answer and all the best wishes for your exam results.
I have started practicing on MS Word and have attempted few questions. Its new and bit odd but hopefully I will get used to it well before exam day.
Would you?infact looking for insights from all battle hardened soldiers ;).?be so kind to share any tips to study or pitfalls which should be avoided while preparing for this exam.
The only pitfall I located is; it is easy to study for this exam and get carried away but past exam questions shake me well.
Regards,
Awais
April 7, 2021 at 10:56 pm #616291Hello,
Hope you all are fine.
I have quick question, I believe all of you attempted CBE exam for APM in march 2021? If yes, how did you practice? The practice platform of ACCA or past questions practice using MS Word and Excel instead of using pen & paper. I think practicing on MS word and Excel would improve the speed and will help normalize to attempt exam on screen. Awaiting your insights.
P.s I have checked ACCA is not offering paper based exam in my location.

Regarding step1,2,5 combination I will try to use the wise words as much as possible.
I am doing rap on cement company say À and its competitors Comp Y and Z , i did the comparison of À with Y and Z
E.G say gp was low Bcoz Fuel chargés moved up by 38% causing the oil and gas prices to go up hence fuel chargés shooted up , similar for power consumption and to give it à taste i did add y in my country fuel and power charges went up with réf etc.
Comp y and Z performed better Bcoz of augmentéd profits and gavé the reason for it
Now tell me that above approach was right or not
Do i still need industry AVG stuff or comparison with two companies in same industry, similar products ,same country operations is enough??
And thnx for Excel sheet charts i did the same like you suggested.
Thanks
Plz answer this too.
Why Trephena’s reply hasnt come yet 😀
No hard feelings isookvi you were also vert much of À help thanks

I need your advice about f/s. Company i have selected is LUCKY Cement in Pakistan, and Its competitors are Fauji Cement Company ltd and Bestway cement ltd both in Pakistan. The problem is the Lucky Cement hasn’t issued their annual report yet but only unaudited quarterly statements, same is the case with Bestway cement but Fauji Cement company ltd annual report 2014 is available.
Now my question is can i use 2013,12 and 11 reports or i must use 2014??September 5, 2014 at 8:20 pm #194022hello ,
