You can pay it also in January next year before the end of January 2014.
Please inform all foreign student the danger of going to LSBF if you pay a full fee. Read the story belowInternational student beware of LSBF and if u must go make sure you don’t pay all of your money upfront before visa renewal, because if u do the school will not refund you any money when the home office refuse you visa, I will share my experience with you below. Please be warned.
In 2010 march, I enrolled for 10 papers of the ACCA program and MBA (ACCAplusMBA) and paid £4000 upfront with the balance of £500 to be paid in May 2010. My visa expires in April 30th 2010, so I needed to renew my visa, but the reason I came to LSBF then was because there was a change in immigration rule in February that same year, student must be in a school that is highly trusted or licensed, the school I was attending earlier was not licensed and I needed to renew my visa, so I went LSBF, paid £4000 upfront and by April 2010, I asked for CAS number so that I can apply for visa renewal and the school refuse to issue me a CAS number stating the money I have in my account wasn’t there for 28 days as required by the immigration rule, it was there for 24 days, I have 3 kids and my wife who are my dependant, struggled to have more than £7000 in my account which is more than required, I begged them with tears in my eyes to issue me CAS number but the staff refused, saying I should go back to my country with my children and apply again. I had to submit my application like that in April 2010 before it expires, I was devasted because I have exams to write in June 2010, which I
did. In August I went to the school to plead again but the refuse again and I was sent email that I cannot attend any more classes because I do not have a valid visa, was asked to go and get a visa before coming back to the school. In January 2011, the home office returned my refuse my application for visa extension stating I do not have CAS number but gave me the opportunity to appeal, I appealed and won the case, the judge in her decision says LSBF had no right to refuse me CAS number to make my application but yet the home office still did not honour the judge ruling, after a year I was sent 6days visa by the home office but my solicitors had to write the home office if it was indeed 6days visa they wanted to give me and the wrote back to say it was administrative error but till date (2013), no changes has been done, so I went back to the school to request for the balance of my money after all I paid for 10 papers and I was allowed to attend just 3 papers, so I should be entitled to balance of my money. I am really in a state of dilemma right now because I have just lost £4000 to LSBF, visa not renewed, aspiration as an accountant killed by what LSBF did to destroy my career. LSBF is not a good school beware. - AuthorPosts
