You are right, I just confirmed from OBU. No doubt, a very bad news for me. Thanks to my mentor for misguiding me… and thanks to me for not clarifying this before… now I must be punished… another six months wasted.
Anyways, I am very much thankful to you for the clarification and advice. As far as advice is concerned, I will go with it; not taking the risk.

Because my mentor thinks otherwise. He says that according to his experience with his past students I am not required to use latest financial statements.
He says that one of his students was failed due lack of proper integration between company and competitor analysis. And he only improved integration of his analysis without using latest financial statements. And even that student passed in period 27.
He has firm understanding that you only need to use latest financial statements if you fail in evaluation are analysis.
